Structural predictor running too slow

Hi all,

I am using structural predictor. I submitted a job two days ago, but the status is showing waiting. I know it took a couple of minutes before for a similar composition. Does anyone know why it is so slow?

Hi Bing,

The structure predictor was likely delayed because our computational infrastructure was down for around a week due to filesystem maintenance, but it’s back up now and those jobs should be running again.
