Installing commit that isn't released yet

Hello,

If an issue has been fixed in the latest Atomate commit, but hasn’t been released yet, what’s the best way to update our installation? In this case it’s the changes to Pymatgen imports, addressed in https://github.com/hackingmaterials/atomate/commit/f97c06661eb4abb4881ec662ad320b1b9130f575 and probably elsewhere.

Thanks

Hi,

Generally, you can always have the bleeding version of atomate installed by following the Github installation instructions here:

Hi,

Generally, you can always have the bleeding version of atomate installed by following the Github installation instructions here:

https://atomate.org/developer_installation.html#codes-develop-mode

(the overall installation instructions provide a link to installing in development mode)

However also feel free to just post to the list if you think a particular commit should be released sooner rather than later. I can usually do it very soon. In fact based on this comment I will now do another release hopefully to be completed in the next 15 minutes or so.
